Basic Cleaning Package

Includes:

All flooring is swept, mopped, or vacuumed
Linens changed (if fresh linens are provided) and beds made
Toilets, sinks, counters, tubs, and showers thoroughly wiped down, cleaned, and disinfected
Appliance and kitchen surfaces are wiped down, cleaned, and disinfected
Trash cans/wastebaskets emptied, and new bags added (if provided)

Doors, cabinet fronts, door frames, trim, and chair rails hand wiped, cleaned, and disinfected
Baseboards hand wiped, cleaned, and disinfected; carpet edges vacuumed
Knick-knacks, mirrors, fixtures, and chrome dusted, cleaned and shined
Blinds, shutters, and lower intake vents vacuumed (some blinds may need professional cleaning)

We want every cleaning experience with Custom Clean to be simple, clear, and stress-free. Please review a few important policies before booking:

A valid card is required for all services and payment is due on the day of service
Recurring services may receive discounted pricing after the first completed cleaning
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
Homes must have accessible entry, running water, and electricity at the time of service
Trip fees may apply if our team arrives and is unable to complete the service due to access or utility issues
Cleaning time may vary depending on the condition of the home
Excess clutter or heavy buildup may require additional time or charges
For safety, aggressive or unsecured pets should be contained during service
